With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of Internet-based e-commerce has also been a rapid development of e-commerce with its convenient, universal and other advantages more and more people recognized. E-commerce refers to the Internet as a tool for businesses and customers are not met undertaken a variety of commercial and trade activities. Secure electronic payment as an important part of e-commerce and an important part also attracted more and more attention because of the openness of the characteristics of the Internet and electronic payment process in itself but also for security vulnerabilities brought great security risk. At the same time based on the Android platform and the rapid adoption of smart phones increasingly powerful functions, be paid through the Android platform has become an important way of electronic payments. In this paper, based on secure electronic payment on the Android platform is analyzed and studied. Firstly, on the concept of electronic payments, characteristics, classification elaborated, discussed the current state of development of electronic payments and electronic payment process using the security mechanism. As more and more users to make payments through mobile phones, Android phones on the security architecture and security risks for analysis, lists several commonly used electronic payment technologies as safety well as their shortcomings, then put forward on the basis of their electronic payments solutions based on the Android platform, the program combines Android phone itself through the use of encryption security mechanisms to implement dynamic passwords secure electronic payments. Involved in implementation and its three modules were analyzed, and finally realized where the client encryption and decryption modules. Innovative program is a dynamic collection of encrypted passwords and Android phones, the use of the advantages of both, in order to achieve a more secure mobile electronic payment.
