With the continuous development of computer vision, the angle range limitations ofconventional camera system cannot meet the demand on many occasions, people pay moreattention on its short focal length and large field.Under the tireless efforts of scholars at homeand abroad, Fisheye lens has been widely used in security, robot navigation, clinical medicine,and many other industries.Since a single camera cannot get the depth information of the object, Binocular canmimic human eyes, identify objects and access objects depth information, by shooting twodifferent FOV of one-dimensional scene graph to restore two-dimensional coordinate orgeometry. Camera calibration technique is the basis of visual art, also contact the camerameasure with the three-dimensional world with real measurements. The main purpose of thisproject is to establishment the mathematical model of binocular stereo vision, constructthree-dimensional calibration space, then to research binocular fisheye lens vision systemparameter calibration method.This article has been studied binocular stereo vision principle as well as conventionalbinocular stereo vision system calibration method, and analyzed the fisheye stereo visionsystem. Accordingly, established a fisheye lens calibration model, studied a physicalparameters calibration method to suitable the fisheye camera. Through experimental analysisof its strengths and weaknesses, then proposed a calibration method based on projectivereconstruction. On this basis, two kinds of fisheye visual system model be established, theyare parallel and perpendicular system. Then a digital parameters method has been proposed.Finally the binocular fisheye calibration has been realized. The main works of this dissertationare summarized as follows:1. Binocular stereo vision system. This section analyzes the principle of binocularstereo vision system, studied classical conventional binocular stereo vision calibration method.Using Zhang zhengyou calibration method to calibrate the conventional lenses, provide atheoretical basis for the subsequent fisheye camera modeling and calibration;2. Fisheye lens calibration parameters. By describing structure, the imaging principle,geometry and distortion model of fisheye vision system, established a calibration model beapplicable to fisheye. Studied two fisheye calibration methods, based on the physicalparameters of the fisheye lens calibration; and based on Projective Reconstruction fisheyelens calibration, a factorization algorithm through multiple uncalibrated image to achieveEuropean reconstruction. Calibration results were brought into correction model to get thecorrection results, which show that using this method can get a better effect;3. Parameters calibration methods for binocular fisheye stereo vision system. First,establish the parallel and perpendicular fisheye lens binocular vision system model, a digitalparameters method have been proposed, calibrated the two models’ internal reference, presented different system parameters calibration method for the External parameters.Ultimately through MATLAB programming fisheye lens binocular stereo vision systemparameter calibration.
