The development of website system construction technology plays an important role ofsupporting and serving in e-government and e-commerce enterprises. In every moment, a lot ofmultimedia information is provided for users in the internet, which has higher requirements ofthe website content management system. The traditional methods of website building andmanagement have been unable to meet the requirements. There are some problems which haveseriously restricted the promotion and application of the website construction, for examplewebsite construction technical difficulties, operation and maintenance difficulties, informationdistribution out of time, unperfected service function and poor system security. When a largenumber of customers visit the content management system at the same time, there will beoverloaded trouble, response delay issues and data loss problems. We propose a method ofdistributed deployment, the server cluster which is made of many content management systemservers has the function of multi-level hot backup and load balancing capabilities. The webapplication services can be shared by this server cluster. To achieve real-time datasynchronization among multiple servers, the data synchronization technology based on webdata synchronization mechanism is used. The changing results of any node in the system can betransmitted to the other node server in real time, which ensures the data integrity andconsistency of the whole system. The advantage of the stand-alone deployment mode is it’s simple structure and lessinvestment in hardware, however, the shortcoming is all system services and data files are storedseparately on a single physical server, if the hardware is abnormal, the services and data willbe lost.Today, more and more people pay attention to information security, how to solve thissecurity problem is an important issue in the construction and maintenance of the system. In thispaper, we distributed the system services and data information to two or more servers by adistributed information system, the unified system consists of two or multiple servers asnetwork nodes, when any node is abnormal, services and data can be provided by other nodes inthe network server, so that the operation of the entire system is safe and stable. The web content management system uses the distributed deployment. The key issue ishow to establish an effective mechanism to enable data of various systems synchronized and ensure the integrity of data in every node. The thesis analyzed the advantages anddisadvantages of ftp data synchronization, Webservice data synchronization and NFS datasynchronization, combined practical requirements, and selected NFS to achieve datasynchronization. Each time the synchronization system is synchronizing data, a monitoringdevice is started to monitor the whole process of the synchronization, including the detection ofpre-synchronization state of the shared directory, the monitoring of data during synchronizationand analysis of results after synchronization. Before synchronous transmission, files should bemarked with a state, when synchronization is completed the status is marked as a success orfailure status, and for failure files, synchronization system will restart file synchronization.Forsynchronous failure scenarios, the system reports error alarm information and possibleproblems to the system administrator by e-mail, SMS and other forms, and then the systemadministrator deals with the faults. In this paper, the technology and demand of website construction is discussed and adistributed network of data synchronization mechanism is built. The system not only realizesthe server cluster deployment, the real-time synchronization of node data and the function ofcontent management and information publishing, but also solves the problem of synchronizedupdate of data, when Intranet and extranet are isolated. After a period of trial operation, the result shows that the distributed content managementsystem based on web data synchronization mechanism achieves the requirements of unifiedplatform, distributed deployment and unified management portal in different security zonesbetween intranet and extranet website system. The system which is successfully implementednot only reduces the costs, but also improves efficiency of the system administrators and otherstaffs. Operation shows that the design of the management system has reached a higher demandin both response time and data security.
