With the rapid development of information technology, informatization has become an indispensable part in people’s life. The medical industry has developed a wide range of information, the majority of medical institutions have realized the work flow of information. For the disabled rehabilitation agencies as a part of medical institutions, the content of their work and medical institutions similar to conventional, but still there are some differences in the conventional medical institutions, the system software and can not be fully applicable to the rehabilitation of the disabled body, rehabilitation institutions for disabled persons to focus more on the operation and record on patients, assessment, training etc. part of the work, the staff there is no information in the case of a large number of manual records and finishing, to come to the disabled people visit, evaluation, training the waiting time is too long, which can greatly reduce the information analysis work staff, improve work efficiency and correct rate, bring efficient and convenient services for the disabled, also can share and access to patient records resources. Therefore, to establish the system of medical institutions as a basis for rehabilitation institutions for disabled persons, the software system is very meaningful. The work of this thesis includes:(1) Fully the demand for health care industry as well as the rehabilitation institution research;(2) According to the software and hardware requirements of the system, and consider the scalability of the system, the system architecture based on B/S architecture design principles, planning the overall architecture of the system design of the rehabilitation clinic, rehabilitation clinic system function module, the database structure and the application of the user interface, and the functions of the system are implemented;(3) Based on the J2EE specification, on the basis of the Webwork to optimize, simplify workflow, improve the stability and the efficiency of system development;(4) According to the need of archives query statistics, this thesis has conducted the research to the Chinese sorting algorithms, and their integration into the system, improve the efficiency of the original query, to meet the rapid retrieval of user requirements.This system according to the rehabilitation clinic work, medical institutions to existing information as the basis for their custom, a set of software, the management consultation, evaluation, training and other work effectively, at the same time the query statistics function of rehabilitation, work process standardization, normalization.
