In recent years, digital publishing industry presents an unprecedented prosperity situation, but the existing machinery of market is not cheerful. There appeared series of copyright problem, such as rampant piracy, difficult tort monitoring, inefficient copyright management etc.. According to characteristics of digital works, Copyright Protection Center of China in view of the present situation of digital works’copyright, puts forward a new model based on the third party service patterns of digital copyright.To some extent, this model solves the problems in the copyright registration of group customers.However, the new model still has some problems, embedded copyright services as the core part, ignores the complexity and diversity of the platform architecture, when a one-to-many access to the third party platform. And it also doesn’t establish a unified user authentication.Based on the research actuality of domestic copyright services, in response to the problems of how to interface existing content system for the digital works copyright registration, the article offers some new ideas about building management platform for embedded copyright service components, in order to realize the unified management of embedded components.First, the article introduces the research backgrounds and purpose of the component management platform, and elaborated the present development in this field at home and abroad as well as the theoretical basis and key technologies involved in the process of platform construction. Second, the component-managed technical plan is determined on the basis of the further study on the implementation of different embedded components. The layer-based weak coupling structure of platform design is also determined according to the analysis and discussion of the framework of SOA. Third, the article descirbes the detailed design of the management platform for embedded copyright service component, including maintenance and management of component’s and user’s metadata, the design and implementation of platform logic when component updated, the unified management of user permissions. At Last, the article summarizes the design and implementation of the management platform for embedded copyright service components, and gives the prospect of the development of the platform.
