Modern science and technology is developing with each passing day, bringing variety and convenience to people’s daily life. The increasing of living standard leads to the diversification trend for mobile service needs, the broadband feature of mobile service such as video, multimedia is increasingly significant, which presents higher requirements for data transmission in mobile communication system. Only through the way to introduce new wireless communication technology using less frequency band for more data service can the mobile communication system satisfy people’s needs. On the other hand, the popularity of social network, data sharing among friends and local advertising facilitate people to be interested about things in near, also make people want to communicate further, Near Filed Communication technology arises under this condition, and has developed into variety and maturity, but the existing Near Filed Communication technologies are based on unlicensed spectrum for data transmission with safety and reliability being not guaranteed, so D2D (device to device)communication based on authorized spectrum has become a study hotpot.3GPP has brought D2D Communication technology into the new technology frame of LTE-A, and set up a research projects for Prose(Proximity Service) based on D2D Communication technology.With the development background, this paper is inspired by the cooperation project with Huawei Corporation, focusing on the ProSe implementation based on D2D communication in LTE networks, including the design for network architecture and communication process. LTE Network as the basis of ProSe implementation is introduced for further study, involving classical Communication process such as Attach, UE triggered Service request and Function of Network element. Combined with ProSe needs, a new network architecture suited for ProSe is introduced; the according processes for ProSe such as discovery process direct communication process are declared in details, covering User authorization for ProSe, Identification allocation and recognition. At last, In the view of communication process on the core network, Wireless resource scheduling is investigated and updated for cell throughput optimization, consider three parameters of resource blocks numbers used for ProSe User, the distance between ProSe Users, the distance between ProSe Users and eNodeB, analyze their influence on the whole cell throughput, simulation presents the influence of different resources allocation for ProSe on the cell throughput.
