The infrared Photoelectric identify is an important support for identification technology.It has a lot of advantages, such as unique vision, strong penetrating ability, high safety andconcealment and so on. It plays a decisive role in the target identification field ofnon-cooperative identification method. The single infrared electric device has been unable tomeet the needs of the increasingly complex environment. The research on infrared multi bandarray photoelectric feature identification technology and active identification device withcollection of short wave and mid wave and long wave infrared have important significanceand application occasions.Take red LED as light source in the aspect of shortwave infrared which radiation centerwave length is940nm; Take an analysis of the red LED’s volt ampere characteristics,electro-optical conversion characteristics and response time characteristics. We found that thered LED’s infrared radiation power is influenced by driving current, and the relative radiationpower reached38W/cm2in the influence of700mA’s driving current. This paper selects theMEMS device as infrared light source which can radiate medium wave and long waveinfrared light, The scope of its spectral distribution is2~14μm. The infrared light source hastwo peaks and its efficiency can reach10.85%with the increases of driving voltage. The car12V or24V power is supplied for the multi band identification device. Design a driver circuitfor light source array based on ADP3336regulator chip and LM2576HV-12chip. The twokinds of light source array multi band identification device are planar array and twodimensional array. The three-dimensional light source array is taking dynamic graphics codemodulation in the space and frequency of light, it effectively improves the safety of the graphidentification.The effect of dynamic graph identification was observed by using infrared thermographyin different background and has a better performance during the night than day. The influence of background environment on the identification device is more serious during the day thannight. The effect of three-dimensional array’s identification effect is better than that of planararray. The three-dimensional array can clearly observe dynamic graph identification in500mdetection range and can obviously distinguish identification device in the distance of2km.Theflicker frequency light source array in less than50Hz can be obviously distinguished andworks well in general recognition. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for theapplication of infrared multi band active photoelectric identification technology in the field oftarget recognition.
