Human increasingly concerned about their own health, which along with a number of medical checks. With the popularity of medical examination techniques, CT examination more and more attention, However, the radiation dose which produced the scanning process is both doctors and patients want to reduce.Currently lower dose CT scans focused on the algorithm, and the practical application of low-dose CT processing algorithms are limited, so the research of great significance on effective noise reduction at low doses reduce radiation dose. This article will study two aspects of the application noise from low-dose CT reconstruction and classification.In the noise reduction, we will analyze the characteristics of the projection domain data, then improving a different point value suppression algorithms and simulation experiments, the algorithm can more effectively inhibit shape noise tailing.Meanwhile, we use projection domain pixel classification technique and anisotropic variational based on it, we proposed a hybrid noise reduction algorithm that combines the projection domain suppression noise and the characteristics of the image edge features effectively which enhance the edge. Simulation results show it’s better.This work includes the following:(1) Discussed and research purposes, and the meaning of the status of low-dose CT, presentations and mathematical formulas derived CT imaging principle.(2) Analysis of the low-dose CT projection data in a single angle characteristics of the overall stability and vibration amplitude, improved suppression algorithm and experimental values of the different points of the suppression effect.(3) Describes the projection domain pixel classification, anisotropy change grading technology, proposes a new classification algorithm and noise suppression algorithms。Simulation results show significant noise suppression and edge enhanced.(4) The comparable experimental results show that the program has some feasible.Our work promote the development of low-dose CT noise reduction algorithms.Improve the noise suppress level and the degree of automation, promote the progress of automated medical diagnostic and have practical level of positive significance.
