The rapid development and widespread popularization of mobile Internet has greatly changed people’s life and the ways they work, represented by the smartphone as an important physical sign of mobile Internet, mobile devices in recent years obtained rapid development and wide spread. A wide variety of mobile applications are now providing services with comprehensiveness, high quality and convenience for the users. In the numerous mobile applications, mobile mapping software is commonly used and reflects the characteristics of the mobile Internet mobile phone application. It is based on location information services which provide users with information services such as navigation, site search and surrounding services information and has become a necessary application for many mobile phone users nowadays. However, as the mobile applications market competition becomes more and more fierce, supplier of mobile map software must continually improve products quality to meet the diverse needs of the users, thereby maintain and continually enhance the product’s user viscosity and ensure the users’continuous use to the product. Then why do users keep using mobile mapping software and what factors affect the continuous using intention behavior?Based on the above questions, from the perspective of the users, we study the mobile phone map software users’ continuous use intention. Firstly, under the background that Mobile Internet is under fast development, smart phones are pervasively used and cellphone applications are widely applied, from the question that mobile map software developers are focusing on the product viscosity, we put forward the importance of users continued use intention and the meaning of the research. Secondly, based on the fact that mobile map software is a special and new type of information system appears under the trend of mobile Internet, therefore we collected and analyzed related literatures at home and abroad, and studied the mobile map software users’ continuous use intention base on the theory of the information system continuous use. Thirdly, combine the features of mobile map software and the users’characteristic, the paper analyzed the related classic theories and models of information system continuous use, explained the relationship of each models and their applicability, and finalized the basic models for the research. Next, we combined the Expectation-Confirmation Model of IS Continuance(ECM-ISC) and the IS SUCCESS model (Delone&Mclean), created the model for critical factors of continued use intention of mobile maps and put forward related hypothesis base the newly built model. In the operational definition of research variables, in reference to previous classical research questionnaire, the study designed the questionnaire on factors affecting the mobile maps applications users continued use intention, revised and improved the questionnaire by investigating and discussing with the specialists and at last put the questionnaire on professional survey web platform for data collection. Then we use statistical methods to the descriptive statistics, samples and take relevant and regression analysis method to analyze the data and got the result of the hypothesis of the newly created model. We concluded that the factor Perceived System Quality indirectly affects Continued Use Intention only by positively affecting Satisfaction; the other factors (including Perceived Information Quality, Satisfaction and Expected Confirmation) positively affect Continued Use Intention both directly and indirectly. At last, based on the result of the hypothesis, combining the present status of mobile map software, we analyze the factors affecting the users’ continuance use intention and propose some advice on how to keep users’ continuance use of mobile phone map software. The research used empirical research methods to study the factors affecting continued use intention of mobile maps applications. The study enriched the theoretical framework of continued use of the theory of information systems, expanded the research scope of continued use of the theory of information systems and provided valuable theoretical basis for the mobile software developers and service providers to better understand the user needs the product trends, to develop in line with user demand for products or services.
