With the acceleration of the information society, the user’s demand for services changed constantly either. The traditional software evolution analysis the system changing in view of researchers, it can’t meet the user’s needs timely. Service evolution has been put forward by researchers recently years, it provides a method to analysis the system alteration in view of users and regards the users’ requirement as driving force of achieving the service evolution. Therefore, the key point of the service evolution is capture users’ requirement as soon as possible. Carl K.Chang and other researchers have proposed a situation-theoretic theory and build a Situ framework based on this theory for supporting the service evolution, the framework raises a way of achieving service evolution by capturing users’ requirement based on the user’s intention. Chang and others build a smart system based on the context awareness environment on the basis of the Situ framework. During this smart system, how to predict users’behaviors by inferring the user’s intention according to the context information, and therefore providing the smart service for users is a valuable question to research.The thesis sets the SMR (Smart Meeting Room) system based on the Situ framework as researching background, discusses the framework of the SMR system simply and studies the users’ behaviors predicting question for achieving the system intellective controlling deeply. The thesis conducts a mind of predicting users’behaviors predicting by inferring the users’ intention for the question. Firstly, the thesis designs a framing to predict users’ behaviors based the Situ framework, puts forward a method of identifying system’s named situation, provides a mind of user’s intention inferring by building and matching the Intention Trie Tree. Secondly, the thesis does a research on the branch appeared during the matching process of the Intention Trie Tree and proposes the experiential decision-making and the environment context predicting decision-making to handle this circumstances. Once more, the thesis puts forward an application which based on the user’s behaviors predicted——the intellective executive strategy generating. The predicted users’ behaviors are submitted as the way of named situation which is regarded as a concrete service, the smart system reflects its’intellect property by invoking services involved in the intellective executive strategy. The thesis also provides a way of judging the compensatory of a service for guaranteeing the executive quality, and then analysis the striking conditions of service compensating. Lastly, the thesis analysis the SMR system’s intellective executive by living examples, tests and verifies the feasibility of the method of user’s behaviors predicting and the application of the intellective executive strategy conducting based on behaviors predicting results.
