Real-time Supervisory Control and Data acquisition system called SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system,it’s a computer-based computer system to realize data acquisition, measurement, equipment monitoring and parameter adjustment functions.Items detection system is a widely application field of SACAD system. In Items detection system one of the most important technology is digital data acquisition and processing.This paper focus on the development of the actual items detection system to study the image acquisition and processing technical problems related to it and take the reaserch results to apply the actual system.First of all, this paper, according to the demand analysis results, maks system overall design, and then mainly makes system design respectively from the hardware and software focused on image data acquisition and processing subsystem, including the image acquisition key components:the determination of digital cameras and lens configuration, software development of language and image processing softwarepackage.Then, this paper research on the key image processing algorithms of system identification(identify whether the detected object), image contrast discrimination, label identification based on feature extraction. Nest, this paper makes image acquisition and processing software subsystem design used Object-oriented technology, using equipment classes, it isolates the different actual camera hardware and the coupling of main system, and has good importance. According to the above image processing research and design, this paper will apply written programs to the actual system.Finally, this paper makes a lot of tesing and laboratory analysis by the use of compiled programs, and verifies the feasibility of the algorithm and correctness of the program.
