The Construction Of Social Security Dynamic Monitoring System Based On Broadcasting And TV Network

In order to improve the construction of Changshu public security prevention and control system,handle the public order at any time; fight the crimes effectively and maintain the social stability, asthe requirement of Changshu government, the Changshu social security dynamic monitoring projectwill be implemented at the lead of the political legal committee of Changshu firstly. The target ofthis project is SAFETY CHANGSHU and SOCIAL HARMONY AND STABILITY.The main idea of this construction is low cost, high density, and wide coverage, and it has thefollowing principle that is reasonability, stability, open, safety, easy operation, easy maintenance,and compatible extension. Total5000social security dynamic monitoring points are to be built inthe whole city. At the places such as rural-urban continuums, village main entrances andintersections and public security complex districts, the colorful camera with24-hours monitoringwill be installed. This system is mainly on unmanned monitoring, and it can work in several wayssuch as centralized management, network storage, streaming media transfer, virtual digital matrix,system routing inspection, etc.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of SAFETY CHANGSHU project, and itelaborates the three major parts: monitoring system, network transmission system, operationcenter management system in detail. The thesis highlights how the Changshu Broadcasting and TVnetwork achieves the transmission of data signal by two-way network transformation.By comparing two access technologies, the access technolodgy suitable for ChangshuBroadcasting and TV network at present is selected. The thesis sketches the design idea and detailedplan of transmission room construction, and sets the standard of the line reconstruct, so that thetwo-way signal can be transfered perfectly.Finally, all the functions of SAFETY CHANGSHU project have been tested and checked.This project running normally now has helped Changshu police to detect a number of cases andplays a very significant role in stablizing social order.
