In recent years, the development of information technology at all walks of life is increasingrapidly, has entered the big data, cloud computing, networking, intelligent era. Logistics industryaccelerate the Information Construction deeply on the wave of this development. A growingnumber of large enterprises has built an intelligent distribution center, a "Automation+Network+Intelligent" modern logistics information system. Therefore, the future developmentof the logistics industry must be based on data mining and intelligent management and control.This paper mainly studies all aspects of the logistics and distribution business, combinedwith the logistics business of Zhejiang Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd, using the latest softwaremethodology, UML modeling technology to re-model and analysis logistics business; Deeplymine the logistics data on the basis of the business model, partition subject areas, design conceptmodel, logic model, physic model and build the data warehouse of large enterprises; research therelated technologies about intelligent logistics based on data mining, concrete contents are asfollows:(1) Using the software methodology of UMLChina to re-analysis the logistics businessmodel and design the use case diagrams and sequence diagrams.(2) Deeply mine the logistics data, including KPI performance, the model of costing and soon.(3) To take Zhejiang Tobacco Industry Compony as example, starting with the data source,the subject field to the final design of physic model to build the data warehouse.(4) On the basis of large-scale data collection, data mining mainly analysis the two mainaspects of the research about intelligent logistics, first is intelligent scheduling algorithm; secondis intelligent monitoring technology. Intelligent scheduling algorithm use the simulated annealingalgorithm with evaluation system to solve the logistics scheduling problem of not-full vehicleand solve multi-source-point full vehicle routing problem with Floyd algorithms. Intelligentmonitoring technology major research the new logistics monitoring technology which add GPS electronic lock to the logistics monitoring based on GPS-GIS-GSM.Finally according to the introduction of Zhejiang Tobacco Industry Compony logisticsinformation system to complete the transition of theory to practice. This intelligent logisticsinformation management platform has been integrated into the information management systemof Zhejiang Tobacco Industry Compony, and has been effectively verified. It can greatly improvethe efficiency of logistics operations, reduce logistics costs and help the overall planning oflogistics to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
