The development of science and technology and the popularity of the network topromote the development of the agricultural materials logistics, it is solved the "threeagriculture" problems in the development of modern agriculture effectively. And thedevelopment of the agricultural materials logistics is expands the rural market, andraises the level of logistics management in the agricultural materials enterprise, it is animportant part of the rural economy development.Agricultural materials logistics demand forecasting is an important content of theprocess of agricultural materials distribution, it is the demand forecast developmentdirection in the agricultural materials logistics industry. Agricultural materials is thebasis for the development of agriculture, if it can with the fastest speed in advance forthe hands of potential customers, not only promotes the rapid development of ruraleconomy, also reduces the distribution costs of the enterprise, and it is not missed thebest buy time for farmers to inadequate preparation. In the process of the agriculturalmaterials logistics distribution, the potential agricultural materials demand forecasting isthe inevitable requirement of the modern agriculture development, the research ofagricultural materials logistics demand forecasting model has the important applicationand practical value.In this thesis, it is accessed and organized a large number of literature at domesticand overseas, in the basis of considering agricultural materials logistics demandforecasting method, and it uses the combined method of rough set and support vectormachine to the agricultural materials logistics demand forecasting, then it designs andimplements the agricultural materials logistics demand forecasting subsystem. The mainresearch contents of this thesis include the following three aspects:(1) The thesis introduces the research background and significance of theagricultural materials logistics demand forecasting, and it analyzes the progress and theexisting problems of the agricultural materials logistics demand forecasting at domesticand overseas research. The thesis also introduces the research advantage for the methodof rough set and support vector machine in the demand forecasting, it can achieve betteraccuracy and effectiveness to use the method of rough set and support vector machine inthe agricultural materials logistics demand forecasting.(2) It analyzes the influence factors of the agricultural materials logistics demandforecasting, for the agricultural materials logistics demand forecasting index system. Ituses rough set approach to the discretization and attribute reduction for the agricultural materials demand forecasting index system, then uses the index after reduction as theinput of support vector machine model. It is standardized processing and selected thekernel function and parameters in the LIBSVM toolbox, and sets up the agriculturalmaterials demand forecasting model based on rough set and support vector machine. Itis provided the effective method for the agricultural materials logistics demandforecasting.(3) It is designed and implemented the function of the agricultural materialslogistics demand forecasting subsystem based on rough set and support vector machinemethod. The implementation of the system is provided the strong decision support forthe enterprise annual agricultural materials demand production, and it reduces the costand cycle of the logistics distribution, improves the customer satisfaction, and promotesthe rural economic development and social progress.
