Automatic processing system of yam mainly includes the automatic picking system,based on PLC automatic cleaning device, and automatic segment, and an automaticsorting system as the core. Yam automatic sorting devices connected to the PLC controlsystem, by belt conveyor, yam is arranged on the stander and conveying device, yamcarrier device, comprehensive measurement device, sorting and conveying device forma complete set of yam automatic picking system, realize the bulk of automatic sorting ofyam. Automatic cleaning is mainly done by automatic cleaning machine, the yamcomplete cleaning process of advance in turnover process, improves the disadvantagesthat traditional type automatic cleaning machine need artificial feeding, the keytechnology is the shape design hair roller adopts a spiral advancing, wavy, achieve highefficiency automatic cleaning of the target, and will automatic sorting and automaticsection cutting course, improve the degree of automation. Basic automatic segment yamautomatic segment device on the basis of the traditional, to further improve the sectioncutting precision and applicable range, add to make special baffle yam automaticalignment, the yam end alignment, improves the precision cutting section; the fixedblade spindle design growth degree adjustable, with segmented baffle conveying beltgap adjustable, realizes the multi dimensions of yam segments.
