Our country has vast land and territory. It’s economic has developed steadily. Rapid flow of human, material and financial resources plays an invaluable role for the economic development. With the steady improvement of China’s high-speed railway lines, the high-speed railway has penetrated into people’s lives. The high-speed railway has the advantages of high speed, low power consumption, clean and comfortable cabin. It has given people the convenience of travel, especially during the holidays. Based on the outstanding achievements in the beginning, the Ministry of Railways will pay more attention to the development of the high-speed railway. The train control system protects high-speed railway during the operation of the system. The JRU called judicial records unit records the critical data of the train operation control system. Thus, the development of an effective method to monitor JRU has great significance. Monitoring JRU can understand the train running condition, and then the experts make the right judgments to take effective measures.The JRU remote monitoring system described in this article transmits the data to the communication server through the civilian3G network. Getting request from the ground terminal, the communication server sends data to the ground. Using a sliding window and file storage can overcome the problem of instability of3G networks. After the network’s reconnecting again, the server still continue the former work accurately. After receiving the data packets, vehicle monitoring terminal and ground monitoring terminal analyse the data based on the protocol and visually displayed them on a graphical interface.Besides, the JRU remote monitoring system’s innovation is not limited in the balise received but also the lost. The system gives alarm of the balise’s lost. At the same time, in order to adapt to the diversity message protocol, the system is added a protocol interface, which greatly increased the applicability of the system. The communication server not only transfers the data but also records data by a locally stored file. The terminals can not only receive the real-time data but also can download the former data. The function increases the flexibility of the system in space and time. The JRU remote monitoring system provides a great help for the high-speed railway test work.
