With the popularity of the Internet and the arrival of information age, network in our daily life plays a more and more important role. With the rise of e-commerce, it makes people never leave home but can buy inexpensive things online. Usually consumers will make comments according to things, and comments express the emotion tendentiousness of consumers. The emotional tendency of consumer has a lot of help to businesses, consumers and related government departments. It can help businesses to realize the lack of product quality and management; it offers whether consumers are worth buying; it can be used as a guide to regulate relevant government departments’ work. So online comments contain lots of emotional tendency information, it is a natural database, and mining useful information using that database is that we need to study. In this paper, mainly research on sentiment of real online shopping reviews, especially in the aspect of emotional tendency and intensity of emotion tendentiousness.This paper first introduces the emotional mining knowledge, including the text participle model, text feature extraction and text emotional tendency analysis method. Then introduce Chinese and English text emotional tendency analysis model. Due to the particularity and complexity of Chinese text, this paper expounds the shortcomings of the original model and improvements, then putting forward improved method and adding the intensity of emotional tendency which is the innovation of this article. In order to enhance persuasion, using the original model and improved model to dig the real network evaluation information grabbed by the knowledge of web crawler, and measure the corresponding indicators to verify the improvement of the new model.Finally, the paper in order to illustrate the usefulness of online comments emotional mining, combining emotional mining and grey forecasting model to forecast analysis. This application makes article studies further into the real life and provides the reference analysis method for businesses, consumers and the relevant government departments.
