In recent years, with the Internet and information technology development, theapplications that3G wireless transmission technology combine with computer informationtechnology are more and more common, and then it creates the conditions for developmentof device remote monitoring technology.Especially, proposing to improvecomprehensively the level of information industry in the "12th Five Year Plan ",remotemonitoring applicants to the industrial development which will be the current industrydevelopment trend. How to efficiently assist industrial production, reduce costs of use andmaintenance of equipment and discover all kinds of hidden secrets of major accidents,which become increasingly prominent social problem.Therefore, it is imminent to develop efficient platform which can finish accessing tostatus information of various types of equipment operating in industrial production anddaily life and handling abnormal state information.Firstly, for operating normally and production process in the current small and mediumenterprises, this system presents a reasonable remote monitoring system. It is mainlydivided into data collection layer, data layer scheduling, human-computer interaction layerfor improving equipment monitoring capabilities and efficiency of enterprises.Secondly, According to the operating characteristics of the device, it developed its owndevice data collection terminal. At the same time, it adopts3G wireless networktransmission technology to transmit the collected data to a remote server-side intelligentgateway. The topic regards the Web as a communications platform monitoring system. Webinterface which relies on Google Map vividly displays real-time operating status of eachdevice in the geography. When the device is abnormal, the system will promptly dial up andinform the personnel who associated with device, Web system platform quickly locates theabnormal information point and then alarms reminder of sound.Meanwhile,it willpromptly notify the relevant personnel by calling and texting.Thirdly, in order to ensure system data during transmission security, the system drawson the principles of the OSI model, and design their own a set of data communicationprotocols, thus ensuring error-free transmission of data, data is not lost in abnormal network, and stay in the network environment is restored as soon as the backlog of data to the datascheduling layer, ultimately, it reaches the current communication quality of the bestcommunication environment. Data communications protocol is divided into schedulinglayer, control layer and protocol layer. They each perform different tasks and work togetherto achieve data transmission. At the same time, system combines the features of the actualdevice and selects the appropriate data scheduling strategy, to improve efficiency of thesystem and meet the system data scheduling efficiency.Finally, the article designed and developed a certain fire remote alarm system platformwhich based on WebGIS/3G,it can facilitate user to get information and achieve to remoteadjustment. This system has achieved good results that it can achieve a highly efficient datadisplay and rapidly alert reminder goals.
