Some of traditional two-dimensional display can give the depth of space and a sensethrough the psychological hint. Compared with it, true three-dimensional display is aphysiological3D display; it can reproduce the depth information of the scene morerealistically. It gives audience a physiology visual perception. Cylindrical lens grating3D,one of naked-eye three-dimensional display ways,has been widely used because ofits simple imaging principle, easy operation, low price, good light transmission and otherfeatures. Cylindrical lens grating naked eye3D display mode based on the principle of theleft and right eye parallax, in the stereoscopic image, obvious crosstalk between theparallax images and small visual angle. Therefore, according to the principle of light rayspassed through the cylindrical lens, a method of non-uniform stripe width of parallaxfigure and non-uniform arrangement on the synthetic image is proposed in this paper, thismethod can reduce the crosstalk of the stereo images and increase the information ofcorresponding viewpoints parallax figure. The distance is about equal between the eye andcylindrical lens grating surface; it can make more light from same parallax enter humaneyes,increase the viewing angle and the image resolution.Orthogonal cylindrical lens grating can realize the effect of micro lens arrayintegrated imaging in a certain extent. The imaging optical ray is theoretical analyzed,itcan provide theoretical reference for the orthogonal cylindrical lens grating design. Inaddition, Tilt placement of cylindrical lens grating and the image fringe can reduce theMoore fringes and improve the viewing effect, but it will result in vertical and horizontalresolution loss. To solve this problem, images resolution change with tilt angle betweencylindrical lens grating lines and the screen surface vertical direction was theoreticallyanalyzed,the corresponding function relationship curves was obtained with Mathematicssoftware, the results is very close to the curves simulated by the ASAP software, whichshows the correctness of the analytical method. In addition, red and green3D images wasproduced with“intelligent3D” software;Different parallax figure of the same scene was simulated with3Ds Max software; it provides the far-ranging digital material for thefurther realization of cylindrical lens grating3D display.
