| The business of CGNPC’s financial limited liability company continues toexpand with the development of nuclear power industry; the data is increasing andbecome massive. But various departments lack communication about the data, andthe data construction lacks the unified standard. Such data causes difficulties forthe management when making decision, adjusting strategy. This paper takescharacteristics of massive data into account, and designs good data analysis systemusing a variety of techniques of SAP business information warehouse. In this paper,the data analysis system implementation provides a great help for the managementto confirm the direction of the company’s operations, and make strategy.This paper analyses the company’s business requirement and various businessindicators. Based on the enterprise data warehouse(EDW) architecture, usingmultidimensional modeling technology,this paper creates the fact table anddimension table for the business requirement, and constructs the star businesssubject model from different angle. In order to display better, this paper uses SAPbusiness intelligence (BI) components. In this paper, four big modules areestablished according to the requirement of the company respectively. The fourmodules are as follow: overall module, project management module, businessmanagement module and management module. Database table, key performanceindicators (KPI)and information cube are created in the part of design. The systemimplementation and testing comes after the part of design. These two parts showthe result of the implementation and the process of the test.The data analysis system referred in this paper has become a qualified andstandard system after the test and adjustment. Managers know the situation of thecompany operation and engineering project on time with the help of the deeplyextracted data, and make the company more oriented with the market. Thecompany benefits a lot from the system. |
