The Design&Implementation Of Material Procurement Management System Based On SAP

Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd. set a goal of the "establishment ofinformation management systems" after which was established, because of theparticularity of Energy Group, group headquartered supply center and subordinateenterprise group have not yet formed the synchronization status in terms ofpurchasing management. Basic master data such as suppliers, materials in the grouphave not yet achieved the level of centralized management, the level of materialprocurement and management of each enterprise ownership is uneven. According toEnergy Group materials procurement business case, this paper designs a set ofmaterial procurement requirements planning oriented materials procurement andmanagement systems, based on SAP material management module application, toachieve material procurement and management of the Group centralized and fine.This paper analyzes the material purchasing control and operation modebetween energy headquarters and the ownership. The system supports centralizedmanagement of the main business. The energy group made a decision that the unitsummit a plan in the way of stock transfer order，and through the mode of balancingthe library to effectively realize the goal of plan summit. We have established aunified purchase demand plan and reduced inventory accumulation，accomplishingthe centralized management between the group and ownership. Based on the SAPNetweaver，with the SAP ABAP Workbench development platform，using the ABAPEditor and the ABAP data Dictionary development tools，we have accomplished thegoal of executing program by the way of BAPI and FUNCTION, such as analysisreport, the modularized program, and system enhancements. We have finished thesystem function and performance test for many times before the launch of system.At present，the material procurement and management，which was designed inmy paper，has been implemented on-line，with stable operation. Once deployed，we can use the appliance for centralized management，integrated demand and planwhich was drew by the ownership company and the unit to replace all sorts ofdifferent types of plans in the past. In addition，this system has accomplished thegoal of centralized management between the group and ownership institution，effectively improved the efficiency of procurement and gained the approbation ofthe material supply department at all levels.
