Design And Implementation Of The Diabetes Community Service Mamagement System

As information and network technologies continue to develop in our country, themanagement of patients with diabetes in community hospital also enters into theinformation age. Traditional management of patients with diabetes is not onlyinefficient and liable to make mistake in the process of management, but also difficultto do traditional paper case statistics and analysis. Therefore, through the developmentof management information systems in diabetic patient, the community clinics canquickly and easily manage the information of diabetic patient, reducing managementcosts and promoting the normalization and standardization of diagnosis and treatmentof diabetes and get better treatment for diabetics. Simultaneously, it helps to promoteresearch and innovation in depth treatment of diabetes prevention and treatmentmethods by data analyzing and data mining.This thesis base on the development of diabetes management system in thecommunity hospital, designing and developing diabetes management informationsystem based on three-tier architecture to fit business needs. It designs a complete setof data to manage data interface system to maximize the use of resources of thesystem by using factory method pattern construction.Firstly, this describes the role and significance of information technology indiabetes management, analyzing the current situation and achievement in the relatedfields and introducing the origin of this project and the main content. Secondly, itintroduces the key technologies and analyzes the need from the user’s point of view toset the goal of system. Meanwhile, it describes the logical structure of the data anddesigns the system on the basis of it. Finally, this paper describes the testing andimplementation process of the system.
