With the continuous development of modern society, the application of wireless sensor network technology is more and more widely. It has been applied in every aspect of human life, such as, the early national defense military and anti terrorism force, the present comprehensive environmental monitoring, intelligent transportation systems, health systems, industrial and agricultural intelligent control system, urban intelligent management, dangerous areas remote control, etc. People are becoming more and more dependent on wireless sensor network technology, the topology of the network and information transmission becomes more and more complex, so the security of wireless sensor network attracts more and more attention of the countries’ related departments.Past the security mechanism of wireless sensor network intrusion detection are mostly based on the host or network passive security mechanism, such as digital encryption technology, key management technology (including the symmetric key management techniques and asymmetric key management technology), identity authentication technology, etc. Based on the similarity of biological immune theory and wireless sensor network intrusion detection technology, a wireless sensor network intrusion detection system based on biological immune principle is proposed in this paper. In the intrusion detection system of wireless sensor networks (WSN), some principles and algorithms of biological immune system have been applied as a kind of active security mechanism to prevent network intrusion behavior. This article firstly elaborates the background and meaning of the intrusion detection technology and the present situation of research at home and abroad. Then it introduces the wireless sensor network intrusion detection system in detail, including the intrusion detection technology, detection model, the principle diagram of the detection and classification, etc. The basic concepts and some theories of biological immune system has been studied. Some principle and characteristics of the biological immunology extracted by the research of biological immunology immune process are applied in the intrusion detection system, including immune algorithm, detector generating rules, antigen-antibody matching rules, etc.The techniques of extraction and vaccination vaccine are proposed in this paper based on the previous detector generation algorithm and antibody selection process. This technology can effectively increase the diversity of memory cells, and give rapid response to the complex invasion behavior. According to the characteristics of clustering type wireless sensor network (WSN), the Multi-Agent intrusion detection system based on feedback is proposed, which is on the basis of traditional Multi-Agent intrusion detection system. The model adopts the hierarchical structure of the Agent, and the Agents in different hierarchies have different divisions and detection tasks. And at the same time,node detection Agent feedback to global management Agent information, to conduct joint detection, which can rapidly insulate the suspicious or intruded nodes and reduce the consumption of nodes.In the end of the paper, are the simulation experiments using MATLAB simulation software. The analysis of the simulation results can prove that the proposed techniques of extraction and vaccination vaccine can improve system’s detection rate in some degree, according to optimized detector generation algorithm and the character of improving the antibodies’selection. According to the restriction of energy consumption of wireless sensor network nodes, the Multi-Agent, intrusion detection system based on feedback is helpful to reduce the energy consumption of nodes, and prolong the lifecycle of the nodes and the whole system.
