Design And Implementation Of Task Collaboration Platform Based On The Social Network

Along with the development of information technology, the internet has entered the age of Web2.0from the age of Web1.0. The age of Web1.0is that the user get information through browser, while the age of Web2.0is that the user is not only the visitors of network information but also the creator of network information. Among, the social network has developed into the largest coverage of users, the most influential and the highest commercial value of the typical application of Web2.0with its advantages of communication, sharing of information, collaboration and innovation. Its emergence has sparked a social revolution which not only affects the human daily life and behavior, but also provides a new mode of operation for the whole system including enterprise production, operation, customer interaction, business performance, etc. It indicates a new development path of social transformation for enterprise.In the context, this paper, in view of the requirements of the small and medium-sized enterprise development team’s internal communication and management of project and task, using the theory of social network and fusing social elements,has designed and implemented a task collaboration platform based on the social network. The main work of this paper includes the following several aspects:a. We study the basis of the current popular social network theory, including the definition and the basic theory of social networks, and have analyzed the important functions and meanings of social network.b. By analyzing the requirements of the software development team’s the internal communication and collaboration, combining with the element of social networks and the social network structure, proposes a task collaboration network model that is suitable for the small and medium-sized enterprise development team.c. Using the method of life cycle of software engineering to develop and design the system detailedly, this paper describes key technology, technical theory which are used in the design process of system, and the database design of system.d. We design and implement the task collaboration platform base on social network. The whole system is on the J2EE application platform, uses the technology framework of Struts+Spring+Hibernate for development, implements eight function modules including "user management","contact management ","friends management ","information management","trend management","discussion management","project management" and "task management" and puts the popular social elements into the enterprise team collaboration and management of project and task.Finally, the system achieved the expected design goal and implemented the task collaboration platform based on the social network which is suitable for the small and medium-sized enterprise development team.
