Nozzle technology is widely used in national production and life.The test of nozzlecharacteristics is the basis of technical means to develop research, production and effectiveuse of nozzle. For the actual needs of nozzle research,the purpose of this paper is to studyaround the nozzle performance integrated test platform based on computer automatic testanalysis.Firstly, the conventional performance and atomization quality parameters is analyzedand a testing platform module structure is proposed.The system is divided into fourparts:basic cycle and test module,strike force test module,particle test module and sprayuniformity test module.The system regards independent stepper motor driver module andinverter system as controller and regards computers and industrial control configurationsoftware as PC,a typical upper and lower machine multi-machine system architecture isconstructed. The basic data acquisition system is constituted by PC and data acquisitionand control cards, the data communication is based on USB interface.Doppler lightscattering particle analysis system and PIV flow field measurement system are used todetermine spray droplet diameter and test spray flow distribution uniformity.Secondly, the achievement is focused on the control of striking force test campaignplatform.The system is consisted of motion controller, stepper motor drive and trayactuator. The X, Y two-phase stepper motors drive two pairs of ball screw mechanismdrives tray by default stepping increment to"ladder" to fit a straight line movement. Thetest of strike force in regional jet is accomplished.The controller accepts the signal ofswitch key from data acquisition and control card and it is controlled by PC.Through this,the task of positioning the test bench and testing the strike force is accomplished.Thirdly, a PC software system based on the configuration environment MCGS isconstructed.The system can achieve process simulation for system,testing ofconventional parametric,calculating of spray angle,controlling the inverter under theconstant pressure,controlling the motion of the strike force platform,testing the pressure sync and so on. The idea of testing spray flow distribution uniformity based on PIVTechnology is preliminary discussed and a practical example is given.
