With the rapid development of the global economy and the popularity of theInternet and mobile electronics products, the post-PC era is quietly coming. Thetraditional computer is no longer the only access to the Internet for consumers tocommunicate with others, take creational activities and go shopping. Intelligentelectronic products, such as tablet computers, smart phones, network televisions, havebecome daily necessities for the general public. That is to say, a lot of consumers havemore than one piece of intelligent terminal equipment, between which sharinginformation resources and computing resources is becoming increasingly popular.In the cloud environment, the traditional mode of interaction brings users a lot ofinconvenience, while multi-screen interactive technology can avoid it. It can sharecontents on different platform devices simultaneously. For example, smart TV canplay movies from smart phone; smart phone can play images from PC or tabletcomputer; smart phone can be connected with public display devices [,] and thenquery device information, have access to device service or control device interfacedisplay through multi-screen interactive technology.In the research and the application of multi-screen interactive services, therehave been many methods and recommendations. A number of characteristic functionshave been developed, such as Screen-Rotating function and resource-sharingfunction. But more or less, there are some problems. First, the intelligent terminalequipment can’t provide more-to-more service or meet the demands of multipleclients to share resources on multiple terminals simultaneously in the interactiveprocess. Secondly, users don’t have the right of choosing resource files, only beingpassive receivers and players in the interactive process. Finally, only one side of theinteraction has the right of exclusive interaction, while the other is in waiting state inthe interactive process.To solve these problems above, I propose a multi-screen interactive systemarchitecture on intelligent terminals. The architecture implements the following threefunctions:First, Multiplayer, multi-machine and multi-screen interaction. Based onasynchronous messaging control technology, the current popular Android platformopen source project—WireMe and slidingmenu library, two interactive modulesincluding a subsystem of cloud equipment and a mixed domain are developed; front-end interface and back-office services are integrated efficiently. And ultimately,the multi-user synchronous multi-directional interaction is achieved.Second, Multi-directional synchronous transmission. Based on prioritized datatransmission method, asynchronous message handling mechanism andmulti-threading technology,multi-directional synchronous transmission is designed.It can solve the problem that at least one terminal is in waiting state in an interactiveprocess.Third, automatic interconnection and mutual discovery of device. Comparedwith the advantages and disadvantages of existing home network automaticinterconnection and mutual discovery protocol of device, the final selection is DLNAprotocol network protocol. for and UPnP AV equipment in device discovery andcontrol layer from DLNA protocol architecture is classified, local smart TVs andother smart devices are distinguished, and ultimately interactive modes of LAN andWAN are interact seamlessly handover.
