Compared using the CT technology with other traditional detection methods in wood non-destructive testing of the obtained images,the CT technology has advantages including image without overlapping,high spatial resolution,accurate and intuitive.So,the CT technology was used to wood non-destructive testing in this article.Aiming at problems of low contrast and difficulties in panel defects edge extraction,the edge of panel image was extracted by using multiple fractal in this paper,extract the edge clearly and high accuracy,the method can provide effective information for the log CT image three-dimensional reconstruction.Three-dimensional reconstruction technology is developed rapidly in recent10years to obtain one of biological structure by using computer image processing,it’s a new technology to obtain a three-dimensional image and to quantitatively measure inside the creatures.So,all kinds of the information inside the wood can be accurately acquired by using three-dimensional technology to rebuild the wood CT images.Using the method of algorithms in this paper for three-dimensional of wood CT images,which can be able to accurately and clearly get the wood internal defects of spatial location,shape,size and so on.The major research in this paper:Obtaining the characteristics in wood CT image edge detection by multifractal spectrum,the method of linear interpolation was used to wood CT image three-dimensional reconstruction through the obtained characteristics and the original CT images.In order to be able to display the three-dimensional image reconstruction more intuitive, pseudo-color processing technology was used to the wood CT image three-dimensional reconstruction on the edge and internal,so different parts of the wood can be easily distinguished.Using the method of multifractal spectrum and linear interpolation to dispose、operate and research the acquired information of the log wood CT images,thus to determine the best each basic parameter values in the process of CT scanning.including the scanning current is set to100mA,the scanning voltage value is set to80kV-120kV..the scanning layer thickness can be located in8mm to14mm,window width value is1000Hu.window level is-300Hu.the spectrum parameter values by using multiple fractal spectrum technology for the wood CT image defects detection was determined,1.0≤f(α)≤1.3.Selection of proper position. window width and window scanning layer thickness can be reduced by partial volume effect and shadow image of the impact of the wood defect recognition.Through the experiment of wood three-dimensional reconstruction sample,showing that the method in the process of three-dimensional has the advantage of image intuitive, clear,high operation efficiency and better three-dimensional reconstruction effect,which provide a simple and effective method for the application of CT technology in the field of wood nondestructive testing.
