Abstract:In recent years, the media forms are growing fast and the environment of media is constantly changing, especially the competition of TV media is become more and more intense and homogeneous. The dominate position of CCTV has been encroached by many province TV stations. At the mean time, the foreign TV stations have intent to China market, as well as the internet media and telecommunication media, the whole media market is a battlefield.As the lead of media market, Hunan TV station was copied, chased and followed by many other TV stations. The characteristic and differentia of Hunan TV station has been descend, our hottest advertising scarce sources have become substituted. In order to establish the core competitive force of market strategy, we have to study on the different media markets. This research paper could inspirit the Hunan TV market strategy and guard the market competition.This paper describes how to perform the advertising differentiated and the core competitive of Hunan TV station. First, study on many research papers and literatures at home and board to set up the contents. Second, analysis the internal and external of Hunan TV, marketing situation and SWOT illustrates in order to judge the market objectively. Third, focus on the products, brands, promotion and value of differentiations the standardization of marketing strategy has been modified. Lastly, I have three advises for Hunan TV, the whole new innovation systematic, learning organization and the corporate value conception. Those three aspects will insure the effective implementation of Hunan TV station.
