Quantum Genetic Algorithm is an intelligent optimization algorithm whichcombined with quantum theory and Genetic Algorithm, because of its speed, highprecision in searching optimal solutions, to a certain extent, it overcome easily drawninto a local extremum, slow convergence of genetic algorithms and poor accuracy ofthe search results weaknesses, the algorithm is widely used in various optimizationproblems, it has a great research value.For the theoretical research of QGA, this article will apply it in the control systemtheory, which focuses on the aspects as following:(1) A summary based on the quantum theory briefly, and a brief description of thecalculation principles of QGA.(2) In order to verify the validity of QGA, by analyzing two typical commonbenchmark test functions (Ackley function, Generalized-Rastrigin function), theexperimental results confirm the validity of QGA. by busing IQGA (ImprovedQuantum Genetic Algorithm) test Schaffer function, Griewank function, experimentsshowed that IQGA has a faster convergence and global search capability.(3) For the typical Hammerstein model in nonlinear systems, respectively, identifiedby QGA and GA, the simulation results confirm that QGA have an importantimplications for Nonlinear System identification.(4) For the identification of chaotic systems, use IQGA on parameter identification ofhyper-chaotic Chen systems, and compared with the basic QGA, IQGA identificationaccuracy and speed are better than the QGA.(5) Application to QGA on synchronization and reverse synchronization in chaoticsystem, get a experimental results with high accuracy.
