With the development of cloud computing technology and the invention of iPad and iPhone, Educational information technology has been more developed and injected new vitality into education. At present, The network learning resource management platform based on the campus network has many problems when iPad is applied to education and teaching. For example, retrieval of learning resources in the system is not accurate and not comprehensive, the response time is very slow when the users of this system browse and download the learning resources, the classification of learning resources in the system is narrowly focused and so on. Therefore, research on how to effectively manage learning resource and how to improve the learning resource retrieval speed has important scientific value and significance.According to the user’s requirement in the process of teaching and existing problems in learning resource management system, combining mobile cloud computing technology, Hadoop framework, ontology technology and data mining technology, this paper designed and implemented a learning resource management system based on mobile cloud computing technology. First, This paper analyzed the research status of the learning resource management at home and abroad, and studied cloud computing, mobile cloud computing, Hadoop framework, ontology technology and data mining technology; Secondly, Through the research of data analysis model, the K-means clustering Algorithm was used as a method of data analysis for the classification of learning resources; Finally, the paper designed and implemented main function modules of the system platform, the system platform based on centering on learners targeted to improve the learning resources sharing and retrieval efficiency and to rich the classifications of learning resources. Through testing function and performance of the system, the system platform achieved the design goals and solved problems. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Analyzed the current research situation of mobile learning and learning resource management both at home and abroad; studied mobile cloud computing technology, cloud computing technology, ontology technology and data mining technology; described problems for the mobile teaching platform in application, and gave the system structure and each function module.(2) Designed and constructed mobile learning resource ontology structure based on the ontology technology, and described the mobile learning resource ontology by using OWL language.(3) By using clustering analysis in data mining dug out the useful learning resources from the description information and feedback information of learning resources, and made a classification of the results.(4) By using the Hadoop framework and mobile cloud computing technology built the framework of system platform, and completed the design of all the function modules.
