Human oriented management theory values the development of enterprise as well as employees. The exploration, application and management of human resource not only play the decisive role in the promotion of social and national economy, but also constitute the essential resources of the key competitive power of the enterprise.Based on such notion and the actual operation of human resource management in Power Plant A, the paper illustrates the construction concept of power enterprise training system with reference to the professional process of human resource training and exploration and propose targeted solution to objectively existing problems, based on the actual research of enterprise A, taking into consideration of the necessity and implementation of enterprise training, the exploration and design of training courses, the technique and approach of training, transformation of training achievement, and the assessment of training results. Furthermore, the paper also aims at exemplifying classified training, practical and operable, granted to meet the diversified needs of employees belonging to different groups within enterprise, like the training for new stuff, skilled personnel in production and management personnel and so on.Meanwhile, during the designation of HR training system, an application software system superb in promoting enterprise management is created, that is, whole process running professional training and evaluation system, which covers enormously, ranging from need analysis, to planning and operation, to monitoring and management, and assessment of training. The system highlights the perfection and advancement of the overall HR training due to the superiority of high efficiency management of internet technique. Obviously, favorable and performable HR training will certainly work as the effective method to improve personnel quality and to strengthen the competitive power of the enterprise. Finally, the paper ends with the expectation of setting up learning organization in enterprise A.
