| Ethnic minority areas in China TV news program development level is not the same, but its law of development.In ethnic minority areas, the development of television news program is affected by characteristics of ethnic areas, each has its own characteristics in terms of program form, in different times, the television news program form is hard to detect the change, these changes are often able to cater to the demand of the audience. In yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture of yanbian TV "yanbian news"(Chinese) as the center, through the literature investigation method, the art culture culture environment study, the methods of communication research method, interview method for volatile in the form of TV news programs with national regional characteristics were studied.This thesis is divided into five parts, the first chapter is the introduction part comb related basic concept, summarizes its model and characteristics, analysis show the cause of the change in form, and the TV news program in form "the standard" and "audience" to be put forward.
