In one geographic area, ifpeople from each industry can share a variety of information on a single platform, it willbring great convenience to the industry it service.On the basis of the elaboration of the background of e-commerce, This paper firstmakes an introduction of the techniques used to build website; Then it makes ananalysis on demand on characteristics of network and mainstream method ofinformation sharing and accesses the system requirements, the system model is buildwith use-case and flow-process diagrams; then according to the demand characteristicsdesign the architecture and function base on the J2EE platform and SSH frameworkdividing the system into many functional modules; and finally implements the systemusing the JSP technology and MVC model. The system results of the functional andnon-functional test show that the system achieves the design goals, and is able to meetthe design requirements.The purpose of this work is to design a new network platform, the industry alliance,to provide the updated information for various industries in the region, and thus toenable a regional information and resource sharing, providing a positive interactionplatforms and a variety of convenient services for the development of the participants.
