Design And Implementation Of Video Monitoring Subsystem Of Banks’ Intelligent Security System

Because of making a spurt of progress of science and technology, and dealingwith increasingly severe safety situation of the society, intelligent security monitoringsystem has been developing rapidly in recent years. It has been widely applied to allaspects of social life. Because it’s convenient, intuitive, accurate, timely and rich incontent, it has been widely used in a lot of important places, like banks and so on.Video monitoring system is the most important part of the intelligent security systemof banks, it realizes a series of functions such as browsing, storing, retrieving theremote video images of bank outlets.Based on the bank outlets existing surveillance system understood in detail, thispaper analyses the actual function requirements of bank business outlets’ videomonitoring system, designs and implements the most important basic system of banks’intelligent security system: video monitoring subsystem.Firstly, the used key technology in design of the system is introduced. Describesin detail with illustrations, diagrams and other forms the actual functionalrequirements of bank outlets video monitoring system for networking, and the nonbusiness functions requirements that system normal operation must meet.Then, the design and implementation of the system is divided into two parts: thestructure design and detailed design, with taking the thinking of from the overall tolocal, from abstract to concrete. Architecture design describes in detail the hardwareand software overall composition structure of video monitoring system. While thedetailed design describes the process of each function and each module, the design ofthe database tables, the design of the classes. The system uses development ofdynamic libraries and modular.By testing the system, we realized the basic functions of bank outlets videomonitoring system for networking. It can solve some practical problems in use andhas good practicality.Video monitoring system is an important part of intelligent security system in thebank, along with the development of video coding technology and network broadbandcapacity improvement, cost reduction, the realization of banks’ overall intelligentsecurity systems is being possible. The independent safety equipment system of eachbank branch like access control system, intercom, treasury security system, self-service equipment safety cabin system can be connected to the intelligent securitysystems of banks. It not only integrates the function, realizes the linkage betweeneach technical equipment system, but also is convenient for unified management,reduces the security personnel’s work load and saves the cost. In the foreseeablefuture, banks’ safety system equipments will achieve integration. It is the futureinevitable trend to build the overall intelligent security system of banks.
