In a word, the article makes a structuring discussion from the surface to the deep layer on four expression levels. Two types of media buzzwords present different characteristics in the communication process. Mainstream media buzzwords is a top-down flow of information transmission. At the top of the transmission chain is the mainstream media and the important information that it has mastered, and at the bottom of the transmission chain is the general audience who will conduct intensive and lasting publication within the system, so that the information presents a dispersive spreading form along with the time axis during a certain period of time. In contrast, the spreading form of the network media buzzwords is a bottom-up process, in which the information originated from subjective expressions of the common media audience, then forms the explosive follow behavior through a diversity of information dissemination in the open web space, and produces resultant force to promote the development of relevant facts in reality. The discourse features are completely different between these two types of media buzzwords:the form of the mainstream media buzzwords is concise and normative, and the content focus on the national theme and political elements.Furthermore, the way of expression is objective and neutral, and pointing to a single direction. However, the form of the network media buzzwords is diversified and personalized, and the content clearly biased in social life and entertainment. Besides, the way of expression is subjective, and pointing to the diversification. The difference of the two aspects determines the different discourse attributes of two media buzzwords.
