The Research On Inner Mongolia’s Industry-University-Collaboration Based On Cloud Computing

Since Google took the lead in proposing the concepts and theories of cloud computing formally in2006, the cloud computing was brought into the company’s development plans by the Amazon, IBM, Yahoo, Microsoft, Salesforce, Sun and other global companies.Chinese government vigorously promoted the introduction of cloud computing technology in China in2010.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region vigorously promoted cloud computing and related industries, planned to build a super clusters of cloud computing data center in Inner Mongolia, focused on creating an industrial park of the cloud, which made Hohhot, Baotou, Erdos and Chifeng to be the core, created a good environment for the development of the cloud industry.Industry-university-collaboration is an effective way to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge innovation, but it appeared some problems like low efficiency, low level, low degree of transformation of cooperative in Inner Mongolia region, which did not match the good economic development situation of Inner Mongolia in recent years, and should be solved.Based on the above analysis, this paper attempts to make a research combining the cloud computing technology and Industry-university-collaboration, tries to solve the problems above through establishing architecture of cloud computing technology in Industry-university-collaboration. Firstly, this paper evaluates Cooperative efficiency through data envelopment analysis in Inner Mongolia region. Secondly, this paper builds architecture of cloud computing technology which combines cloud computing technology in Industry-university-collaboration, applies the cloud computing technology into every aspect of Industry-university-collaboration. Finally, this paper analyzes the application of cloud computing about Industry-university-collaboration in Inner Mongolia, applies the cloud computing technology into every aspect of Industry-university-collaboration, put forward some development proposals about Cloud computing applications.
