Airborne graphic display system is a new generation of avionics system therealization of digital, intelligent core and key, it is to provide pilots with real-timepicture information, help pilots to grasp the situation and make the correspondingoperation picture, supported by high quality graphics display is the next generation ofairborne display system urgent need.VxWorks embedded operating system for its reliability and real-time widely usedin airborne graphic display system, and it has no complete support graph displaymedia library, the paper takes this as the background design and implementation ofWindML graphics display and Mesa transplants based on VxWorks.The paper firstlycarries on the demand analysis from two aspects of function and performance to thesystem.And then use FreeType2font engine to achieve the display of WindML vectorfont.At the same time, using the WindML3.0media library, through the design ofsoftware Ugl_Mesa implementing the integration of WindML and Mesa, by means ofWindML realizing the communication of Mesa4.0and graphics hardware, finallyrealized the transplantation of Mesa.Finally, according to the demand analysis carriedon the test, and achieved the expected results.
