As reflections of social phenomena,online public opinions can show the state and development trend of public opinion directly and promptly. Obtaining online public opinions rapidly, analyzing them effectively,tracing them continually, giving warnings in time and regulating and controling themeffectively will help to make timely judgement of the factors that lead to groupproblems and give guildance and will also help to take effective control of socialpublic opinion. The Internet is a mass information system. To get specific informationfrom the Internet is really like “looking for a needle in the ocean”. It’s unimaginableto obtain comprehensive, timely and accurate information from the Internet byhandwork. Semi-hand work relying on the search engine can hardly be effective. Wemust make use of more powerful instruments.This research project is from Eefung Software Co. Ltd, Hunan. By making use ofthe real project--Eagletack System of MicroBlog Public Opinion Monitor and Guidance, it analyzed and studied the current situation and development of the monitoring analysis software of online public opinion. The future market development direction of the analysis software of online public opinion is professional and servitization.The anticipated goal of this project is to set up an easy to operate platform system toprovide MicroBlog Public Opinion service for government agencies and enterpriseson the basis of established development towards platformization， professional andservitization. By going deep into the monitoring analysis of online public opinion,the project learned about the target customer and user’s expectations; created thespecific persona; developed the system’s function, its interactive design and finishedthe design work of Eagletack System of MicroBlog Public Opinion Monitor and Guidance. After being tested and iterative optimization, the system has been put into use.Com pared with other similar products，this project has the following features andinnovations：1. From the early stage of investigation and survey, user study, demand determining, project design to testing and realization, the whole development processof the design is customer target needs oriented and it has a complete developmentsystem of design;2. It provides MicroBlog publicopinion monitoring, rental service and deploys two application solutions for itscustomers. Now the system has been used by2686customers in many fields, such asonline advertising, public security, national security, military affairs, education,environmental protection, finance and telecommunications, etc.
