With the rapid development of China’s space technology and aerospaceengineering, land-based and sea-based space communication network is not onlydifficult to meet the requirements of low-orbit satellite control coverage, but alsodifficult to achieve the coordination and cooperation of multi-user and multi-taskand multi-information.To improve the space network coverage and the capacityof multi-target signal processing, we need to expand the existing spacecommunication network. With Tracking and data relay satellite system, we cannot only achieve continuous, real-time communication with multiple targetssimultaneously by significantly improving space network coverage, but alsorelay satellites can play a role in the high-speed data relay between the groundstation and user satellite.In the future space missions, the collaboration of the communicationbetween space stations and formation satellites is impotant. To communicatewith multiple user satellites simultaneously, for each satellite there will bemultiple access interference from other satellites. It is a problem to realisesimultaneous, efficient, reliable and high-speed communications betweenmulti-targes. This paper will research on S-band space multi-objectivecommunication multiple access interference suppression technology of thespace-based relay satellite system.Firstly, the TDRSS multi-user communication network is introduced, andthen calculated its link model. Secondly, the block diagram of forward link andback link of TDRSS system was designed and analyzed. Again, determined thealgorithm of multiple access interference suppression of forward link and ba cklink, and proposed a back link multiple access interference suppression algorithmbased on cascaded optimal decision function mapping and thresholdclassification, the proposed method has better performance than none cascadedoptimal decision function mapping and threshold classification algorithm. Thispaper do the simulation and analysis of the BER performance, multi-usercapacity performance, and the ability to carry out anti-proximity effect offorward link and back link algorithm, compared the BER performance betweenforward link and back link, then, got their characteristics and analysised if it isfeasible to be applied to their own link. Finally, in order to meet the performancerequirements of TDRSS, this paper uses the concatenated coding of RS code andconvolutional code in the TDRSS link, it has greatly reduce the error rate of theTDRS system.
