With the global modernization tide of military reform, local conflicts airpowerand electromagnetic power have become the key factors in the victory in the war.The aircraft as a weapon bears the brunt of the war. The diversity of its mission andthe complexity of its airborne equipment have become more and more prominent. Inthe aircraft design and modification process, the electromagnetic compatibilitydesign is one of the key issues in aircraft development and refitment.The purpose to establish the EMC data management system for aircraft is toprovide a more efficient, more stable, more safety and more concise platform, whichis used for the design and research of EMC on aircraft, for EMC comprehensivesystem testing, analysis, evaluation and data daily equipment maintenance in theelectromagnetic design and refit stage, and for providing strong technical supportfor problem solving of aircraft electromagnetic interference.This paper firstly analyzes the testing of the whole process of EMC designfrom the user’s demand and formulates the overall design plan of the databasemanagement system.Secondly,this paper adopts the mathematical models to make objective andreasonable evaluation through further analysis of equipment data and compatiblevarying pattern. Meanwhile, it commits to meet the demand of multi-user anddesign needs of heterogeneous carrier aircraft platform in order to achieve visualmanagement of database.Finally, according to the requirements of EMC design of the database, theEMC resources are classified and summed up, a unified standard database is alsoestablished in this article. This paper also introduces the criteria for theclassification of data, the relationship and content of various table, the function anddistribution of the database subsystem and data management system design indetail.This paper mainly focuses on the effective management of testing data relatingto different kinds of complex structure, the support system of evaluation module, aswell as giving the expert advice and measures in order to accomplish the mission ofdata saving, backup, search, delate, classification and summarization, which will develop the theocratical basis for further research on the general EMC database andestablishment of systematic maintenance program.
