Research And Practices Of Coal Enterprise High-efficient Dispatching, Loading, Transportation And Sales System

China has a multitude of coal enterprises, and the sales of coal products is theimportant operation process and cost item. How to apply efficient DLTS(dispatching, loading, transportation and sales) system in Chinese coal enterprises isof important reference meaning in improving the daily management of coal mines,reducing sales cost and improving enterprise information management system.Starting from the practical requirements, the main domestic coal sales processwas analyzed. Moreover, the mode of dispatching, loading, transportation and salesof domestic coal enterprises and its application status was illustrated. Andcombining with the characteristics of coal enterprises, this paper analyzed theproblems existing in the dispatching, loading, transportation and sales of coalenterprises, and proposed solutions targeting at these problems. Thus it proposedefficient thought for the business requirements and main function of dispatching,loading, transportation and sales.Basing on information system principles, this paper applied informationtechnology means and adopted modern application technologies including databasemanagement technology, information technology, video technology, communicationtechnology, automatic identification technology, channel control technology, vehiclepositioning technology, voice broadcasting technology, remote monitoringtechnology, card reading identification technology, to develop a set of intelligentmanagement system applicable for the sales process of coal mines. Intuitive videoimages and relevant information data can be effectively combined by such system.Thus it can effectively control vehicle information and achieve real-time monitoringby utilizing the technical measures such as radio frequency identification technologyand video monitoring technology, so as to truly achieve the integrated managementon the management and control of coal and, provide reference for perfecting theefficient implementation of DLTS (dispatching, loading, transportation and sales)system for coal enterprises.Through site application, the enterprise information management level has beenefficiently improved by such system. Seen from operation conditions, such systemcan cater to the management requirements of enterprises, and it is simple, easy,convenient, rapid, accurate and with remarkable effect in practical operation.The popularization of such system shall have important reference meaning forthe implementation of the information-based comprehensive management system ofChinese mine enterprises and coal enterprises.
