The Misunderstanding And Suggestions To The City Management’s Behavior Which Response The Supervision Of BBS

The emergence of the Internet forums meets the need of many common netizen withincreasingly intense desire to express and sense to participate in, building a free and equalpublic discourse space for the public. It is no exaggeration to say that the network opinion hasgreat social influence, and the role of network public opinion becomes more and moreimportant.This article focuses on the coping behavior of the subject of supervision by thepublic opinion while facing the speech platform for interaction in the online world—onlineforums.At present the city management has become a hot topic in Internet forums. The startingpoint of this article is to take the city managemengts’ coping behavior of network supervisionby public opinion as an example, discussing the misunderstanding of the coping behavior ofthe administrative law enforcement departments in the network supervision by public opinionand proposing some corresponding countermeasures. The research about the coping behaviorof subject of network supervision by the public opinion can provide governmentagencies,including administrative law enforcement departments and their staff with a timelyand effective solution to the problem.This paper begins with determining the object of the research on the concept,anddiscusses the coping behavior from the perspectives of journalism theory and communicationtheory. And then sort out a series of data by using data survey and case analysis, to explore themisunderstanding and reason behind of the coping behavior of network supervision by publicopinion. At the end, as for the existing misunderstanding, the author puts forward somesuggestions and countermeasures in order to promote the online forums play the role of publicopinion better.
