As concentrated running schools an opportunity for education reform has started basic education considerable development in the ethnic minority areas. The benefits of concentrated running schools is more obvious, especially the Tibetan area primary schools in the frontier. With the constant deepening reform of concentrated running schools which a large number of village school merge to the township center school or divert to the town primary school, the number of village school pupils sharp reduction caused by empty school, on contrary, the number of township schools and town elementary schools pupils increase rapidly which led to large class quota.This study is based on the status description and countermeasures and suggestion. At first, the thesis analysis the actual situation of Yunnan Tibetan area primary schools, then based on the questionnaires and interviews describes large class quota teaching problems in Yunnan Tibetan area concentrated running primary schools, then attributive analysis process aiming at these questions and put forward some suggestions. The research is divided into six parts, the main contents are as follows:First of all, the introduction. This part mainly discusses the background, the reasons, development situation and made of effectiveness of the concentrated running schools in our country. Analysis the reason of large class quota phenomenon, concept defined to large class quota, large class quota teaching, Yunnan Tibetan area, and concentrated running schools, review to both at home and abroad literature on large class quota produced, and effect of the class size to teaching, and large class quota strategy, and description research thought, content and the method.Secondly, this paper analysis of the actual situation of Yunnan Tibetan area primary schools, describe to Tibetan areas of Yunnan concentrated running schools background, development and particularities.Thirdly, designing questionnaires basis on previous interview data were analyzed and to survey of select primary school to Yunnan Tibetan area concentrated running schools. According to survey of educators and students to investigate situation of Yunnan Tibetan area concentrated running primary schools large class quota and problems in the teaching process.Fourthly, the thesis describes problems of teaching objectives, teching method, teaching process, teaching content and teaching evaluation in Yunnan Tibetan area concentrated running primary schools teachers, and classroom learning, out-of-class learning, interaction between teachers and students, class seat, learning discipline and homework of students, then attribution analysis the large class quota teaching problems of Yunnan Tibetan area concentrated running primary schools.Then, focused on schools, teachers, students of all three respectively give teaching strategies to large class quota teaching problems of Yunnan Tibetan area concentrated running primary schools:Schools should strengthen management and create good teaching environment;Teachers should use proper teaching strategies, care to every student maximum limit and to mobilize students study enthusiasm;Students should to participate in class and extracurricular activities actively, to strengthen communication with teachers and parents and to form good learning habits.Finally, the paper give positive impact to Yunnan Tibetan concentrated running primary schools reform on the development of Tibetan area education, but educators should give education management and education workers provide necessary theoretical support through studies education problems of the teaching in time, which care more about education problems in the reform.Large class quota teaching problems is teaching phenomenon which produced by reform of concentrated running primary schools. At present, research of large class quota teaching problems main concentrated in the East or Middle area of China, research to minority frontier area especially Tibetan area large class quota teaching problems of concentrated running primary schools also rarely. This research will give guide and reference to large class quota teaching problems of minority area concentrated running primary schools which promote minority area compulsory education fast and good development.
