In order to better investigate high school mathematics learning of non-intellective psychological characteristics, this study is based on previous research on how to use the "high school mathematics non-intellective Questionnaire" will be explained, and to establish Tianjin high school mathematics non-intellective norm table. So explain the existence of independent relationship between the dimensions of the questionnaire; at the same time, the correlation coefficient between the dimensions and the total questionnaire between 0.776-0.868, were greater than the correlation coefficient between each dimension, indicating the dimensions has a certain contribution to overall, and overall good construct validity of the questionnaire.Then, the data is processed through the look-up table will be converted to Z scores, According to the conversion formula in education "T=50+10*Z" will turn T score data, and ultimately the formation norm table of non-intellective and each dimension, and on this basis, to build a norm rating scale.
