As social practice and innovative spirit of students increasing concern, the study of non-intellective factors increasingly become a hot topic in education and psychology research community. In the process of learning mathematics, intellective factors and non-intellective factors Common plays a role in student learning together:intellective factors play a role in understanding, but non-intellective factors are restricted, decisive role. In order to better investigate high school mathematics learning of non-intellective psychological characteristics, this study is based on previous research on how to use the "high school mathematics non-intellective Questionnaire" will be explained, and to establish Tianjin high school mathematics non-intellective norm table. Study the selection of tianjin area of 16 counties 22 ordinary high school of 1065 students, to participate in the online test,1011 valid questionnaires were obtained using SPSS statistical analysis of the data and the reliability and validity of the verification descriptive, the following conclusions:(1) overall and dimension scores follow a normal distribution (kurtosis of absolute value between 0 and 1), Therefore, the selected sample is reasonable.(2) The questionnaire Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.940>0.9, the dimensions of the coefficient Between 0.737-0.904, indicating that the questionnaire has high homogeneity; split-half reliability of the total questionnaire was 0.955, split-half reliability of each dimension between 0.764-0.865, indicating high internal consistency of the questionnaire.(3) The method uses a structure efficiency target, investigation questionnaire between each dimension and total questionnaire, the correlation between the various dimensions, there is significant correlation between each dimension of the questionnaire, the correlation coefficient between 0.500 to 0.746. So explain the existence of independent relationship between the dimensions of the questionnaire; at the same time, the correlation coefficient between the dimensions and the total questionnaire between 0.776-0.868, were greater than the correlation coefficient between each dimension, indicating the dimensions has a certain contribution to overall, and overall good construct validity of the questionnaire.Then, the data is processed through the look-up table will be converted to Z scores, According to the conversion formula in education "T=50+10*Z" will turn T score data, and ultimately the formation norm table of non-intellective and each dimension, and on this basis, to build a norm rating scale.
