| In recent years, China mobile Internet has been growing explosively, bringing a plenty of new opportunities and experiences to mobile learning. It meets the demand that the people can acquire and deal with information anytime and anywhere in the fragmentation of the time. In the digital era of mobile learning, a new type of instant messaging applications represented by WeChat rise rapidly, which has become one of the most important user entry in the mobile Internet era. As the main service content of WeChat, the public has attracted attention of nearly 80% of the WeChat users.Its platform function provides a new way of mobile application development for businesses and individuals. At the same time, WeChat also provides a new platform and application innovation space for education teaching. The system development becomes more easy and efficient with the support of new platform.In this study, WeChat platform will be accessed as a public port of the system. The users can learn College English Test knowledge conveniently and efficiently anytime and anywhere, without downloading the APP. The main purpose of this study is to develop a system which based on WeChat public platform, to meet the demand of learning College English Test knowledge of college students. Combined the case study of College English Test WeChat public platform and theoretical research of WeChat in education application with the questionnaire of" What is the situation of the college students use WeChat public platform for College English Test learning" and demand analysis, the author determined the various functions of the WeChat public platform and system. Then, the author completed the design and development of this system under the guidance of a certain development principle and design process. Finally,the paper has made the investigation and analysis of the application effect of the WeChat public platform and system, verifying its meaning on the College English Test learning to college students. |
