Analysis On Entrepreneurship Education Present Situation Of Science And Engineering University And Research On System Construction

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,national competitiveness is more and more reflected in the national innovation quality and innovation ability.Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the report of the two sessions in 2015 that the government is committed to create "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" as Chinese economy "engine"which improve the quality of economic,increase economic efficiency and upgrade the economic.In May 2015, the general office of the State Council promulgated the opinions on deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions,it clearly pointed out:" deeping the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher school is the urgent necessity for national implementation of innovation driven development strategy, and also the urgent necessity to improve the quality of economic,increase economic efficiency and upgrade the economic.At the same time,it is an important initiatives to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the college graduates more high quality employment and entrepreneurship." As the main body of our country, science and engineering colleges undertake the important task of training the social elite talents, science and technology innovation talents and engineering technology applied talents. It is the basic bridge which linking the modern technology and production.Therefore the research of science and engineering colleges’entrepreneurship education have important theoretical value and practical significance to improve the college students’ innovation ability, alleviate the science and engineering college students’ employment pressure and deepening teaching reform in science and engineering college.On the basis of summarizing and drawing lessons from the existing research results, this paper tries to construct the system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in science and engineering colleges.The full text have five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, explains the selected topic background and research significance, summarize the research status at home and abroad,clarifying the research ideas and methods and state the main content and structure, etc;the second chapter and the third chapter, summary and discussion major developed countries’ successful experience on entrepreneurship education and the enlightenment it give our country.And analyzes entrepreneurship education present situation and the existing problems of science and engineering university in our country;the fourth chapter is the focus of this paper,and tries to build the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of science and engineering university from the five major systems that includes training objective system, knowledge teaching system, practice training system, condition guarantee system and assessment evaluation system;In the fifth chapter, tries to put forward some suggestions on strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education in science and engineering universities, also perfect entrepreneurship education system.And several dialectical relations should be dealt with in the construction process.
