At present,China is in the important period of rapid economic development, cultural diversity, economic globalization, the Internet, multimedia and so on have been affected and changed our way of life. At the same time, society of all kinds of thoughts, ideas, behavior and so on also broke into the campus, student’s thought quality and behavior are intermingled with good and bad. Students anomie behavior occurs frequently, especially the students’ moral deviance behavior is not a common phenomenon in the campus. Secondary vocational school students are the future of the country and the nation, education and cultivate them well is the foundation of building a harmonious society construction, to strengthen the moral education of vocational school students is an urgent task, which is the entry point of this study.Based on previous studies, this paper makes a deep research on the moral deviance behavior of the secondary vocational school students,which is based on the moral education of the secondary vocational school students. From the perspective of cognition, emotion,intention and behavior, the research was carried out by means of literature research,questionnaire and interview. With 292 secondary vocational school students as the object of the research, first of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational students’ moral deviance behavior, then, from the three aspects of moral cognition, moral emotion, moral volition to analyse the cause of secondary vocational students’ moral deviance behavior, in the end, put forward the pertinence measures for secondary vocational students’ moral anomie behavior. This paper consists of seven parts, five chapters:Chapter one :introduction, first, it describes the origin of the study, and then makes a detailed description of the research ideas and methods, as well as the significance and innovation of the article, finally describes the research framework of this article.Chapter two: the chapter describes and summarizes the research status quo of the domestic and international research on the moral deviance, and defines the related concepts in the study of the moral deviance bahavior.Chapter three:the chapter describes the theoretical basis of the article.Chapter four:the chapter analyzes the current situation of the students’ moral deviance behavior in vocational school, and makes the attribution analysis.Chapter five:the chapter detailed analysis of the causes of the secondary vocational school students’ moral deviance behavior, mainly classified into three aspects: moral cognition, moral emotion and moral volition.Chapter six:the chapter puts forward the corresponding measures from four aspects:moral cognition, moral emotion, moral volition and moral behavior.Chapter seven:conclusion and outlook,to a brief summary of the full text, and put forward the research based on the research prospect.
