Along with the Internet increasingly pervading all aspects of life, education is justifiably to build on the fast track information can’t be pulling the hind leg of The Times. Our country "development plan of education informatization decade (2011-2020) put forward:" give full play to the role of the government, school and social forces, adapt to the need of the society as a whole different group of learning construction convenient and flexible and personalized learning environment, information support service system of lifelong learning and learning society basic formation." College students as an important group in the society also inevitably become the focus of the informal learning under the network environment. By reading literature, the author found that based on social software such as blogs, SNS, etc by the informal learning under the network environment of college students by institute of concrete proportion is large, and from the characteristics of geographical location to explore college students’ informal learning under the network environment macroscopic study hardly. Is located in the southwest border of yunnan, due to the special geographical position, the college students’ informal learning under the network environment the existence of and the eastern developed areas of college students in colleges and universities as often because of the interference of information overload and fragmentation of knowledge and lead to the problem of network trek? Or have other problems? How to improve the college students in Yun Nan province in the informal learning under the network environment to be the problem?Based on the above problems, this study use Note Express to classify the literature from 2005 to 2015, the comb reading, in the past 11 years of domestic and foreign research status of informal learning to do a certain generalizations and informal learning and informal learning put forward the author’s understanding of the college students. After the integration of the self-organizing theory of "collaboration", "mutation mechanism and new social learning theory of social media "concept to explore to improve the problems of mode and strategy.This study found that college students in Yun Nan region in the informal learning under the network environment has not only widespread in the disadvantages of information overload and fragmentation knowledge trek under the influence of the network, but also there are lack of learning situations, poor consciousness of learning, learning motivation is not positive, learning ability is weak and use fully the problems such as technology, have put forward a learning model based on "social media" creating situation and hybrid scheme of network learning and integration of classroom teaching. Of informal learning in the college students in Yun Nan province to provide meaningful guidance and support model.
