Foster Awareness Of The Rule Of Law As The Core Of Contemporary College Students Legal Education Research

The fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee decided to comprehensively promote the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law. Perfect legal system and foster the consciousness of rule of law are two wings of the construction of the rule of law. The contemporary college students are the main force in the future socialist construction, the effect of the rule of law education in colleges and universities and the strength of the rule of law is directly related to the effectiveness of the construction of socialist rule of law.It is a necessary and urgent task for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to strengthen and improve the rule of law education, which is the core of the rule of law.There are five parts in the thesis.The first part, focuses on the legal education of contemporary college students the research background,purpose and innovation of literature reading, summed up the current situation and the pros and cons of current legal education from target,content, several reasons and countermeasures based on;The second part,defined the connotation of the rule of law, awareness of rule of law,education and the rule of law education in college students. Based on the literature review and conceptual analysis, summarized the elements of the structure of the rule of law awareness, good theoretical support to prepare for the whole thesis writing;The third part, survey of college students’ awareness of the rule of law, understand the overall situation of contemporary college students legal awareness; The fourth part, based on the rule of law awareness Students findings and conclusions literature,summed up the Law Students’ education problems and reasons for the current;The fifth part, to strengthen and improve the college students’ legal education measures and ways; this is the innovation point of this study and the final foothold. Based on the above concept definition, the status quo of the consciousness of rule of law of survey, the rule of law education present situation and the reason analysis of the proposed rule of law education of college students should follow the basic principles, and the clear objectives of education and the rule of law, follow the rule of law in education basic principles, rich content of law education, law education methods, puts forward the related countermeasure and the suggestion to five to create a good environment.At present, the college students’ awareness of the rule of law is in general what level? How to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, which needs to be further strengthened and improved? There is not enough understanding and understanding of this kind of problem.Therefore, in this study, the integrated use of the literature research method and questionnaire survey method, explore in depth based on the structure of the elements of the essence of the rule of law and the rule of law consciousness, the survey of contemporary college students’ law awareness status.
