The Research Of Social Interaction Of The Disabled And Its Coping Strategies Under The Background Of New Urbanization

The focus in this paper is studying the problems in social interaction for the Disabled.According to the problems,we put forward the strategies.Researchers locate some typical communities of new Urbanization and the disabled as the object of study. Through the Long interview of qualitative research methods,researchers had deep interviews with the disabled,relatives,disabled persons’ federation,community workers and welfare enterprises.Associated with the guideline of ecosystem theory, researchers took deep analysis of the gathered information and revealed main problems of social interaction for the disabled.From this research,we found out that the main problems of social interaction for the disabled were passivity,closeness,homogeneity and oneness.The main factors that caused these problems had family,community,society and social work organization.In the process of service,social workers can be an audient,advocate,supporters and coordinator and so on.Through professional social work methods of case,group and community work,we can directly help the disabled to solve the problems in social interaction for the disabled and improve the ability of social interaction.In order to help others effectively,social workers need to contact the government,community,social welfare institutions and other social organizations and get resources what service objects need.It’s beneficial to increase the number of social groups and rich social relation network.
